First Capital Bank has continuously invested in young people who are willing to consolidate their knowledge and acquire new experiences.

Therefore, under the Open Bank Day and after a structured process and with several internal stakeholders, the Bank welcomes the young graduates elected for the Internship Programme 2023!

The new colleagues joined on 1 February 2023 and will have 3 days of on-boarding and organisational orientation with the aim of preparing them to perform in the different constituent departments.
