Term loans repayable in fixed periodic installments are available if you are seeking to finance specific projects or capital expenditures.

First Capital Bank offers different types of loans:

Car loan

• The loan term is for a maximum period of 48 months (5 years);
• The loan is 85% of the value of the car.

Consumer credit

• The loan term is for a maximum period of 48 months (5 years);
• The loan is for a maximum amount of 2,000,000 MT.

Home loan

• The loan term is a maximum of 240 months (20 years);
• The loan is the full value of the property.

Credit with deposit guarantee

• The loan term is for a maximum period of 48 months (5 years);
• The loan is 90% of the term deposit.

To access any type of Loan from First Capital Bank, the client must:

• Present a blank promissory note;
• It must not have incidents registered in the Central Credit Register of the Bank of Mozambique and other incidents with the banking system;
• Have at least 6 months of transaction history;
• Present an employment contract with a period above the term of the financing.
